Every home and service is different. These are the usual stages; we will explain anything specific to your project before work begins.

Tell us about your home
Choose the services you are considering and share a few details. You can attach photos of the area, or bring a design from one of our visualisers.

A practical home visit
We look at the property, take measurements where needed and discuss the options that suit the building and your priorities. We can compare available finish and colour samples with you.
- 03
A written quotation
We set out the proposed work and product choices so you can review the scope. Ask about anything that needs clarifying before you decide.
- 04
Agree the details
Once you are happy to proceed, we confirm the final specification, practical arrangements and planned timing. Visualiser images are a guide; the actual products and finishes are agreed here.
- 05
Installation and handover
Our fitters carry out the work, keep you updated and tidy the area. We walk through the finished work with you and explain any care instructions.

Support afterwards
If a question comes up after the work is done, contact the team with your quotation or job details. Product and installation cover will be explained in the documents for your project.
Help us understand your plans.
Photos of the current area, rough measurements, examples you like and a note of any leaks or issues all help. You do not need a finished design to ask for a visit.
